Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect individuals from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network providers at in-network facilities. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured individuals to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care.

To ensure coverage of services, it is important to verify the following:

• Are mental health insurance benefits a part of my insurance plan?

• Do I have a deductible and has it been met?

• Does my health insurance have a limit on sessions?

• Does my health insurance require approval from my primary care physician?

All debit/credit cards accepted via Ivy Pay, Alma or Headway depending on your insurance plan. 
 
 
Cancelation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice to avoid a $75 late cancelation or no show fee.
